5. Returns & Refund

If the product was delivered to you was damaged or not working then we will take the return and immediately provide the new product at no extra cost. Defective items will be replaced. www.aquafishcare.com part of El Viaje will not process Refunds for incorrect purchases, used products, better price available or change of mind. We will process the refunds on the same mode of payment you choose while making the payment.

Important – Please open the package in front of Courier Delivery Boy and check for complete content of the product and damages.  If there is any theft or damage, do not accept the parcel and do not sign the courier POD.  In case, courier doesn’t allow opening of package without signing POD, sign the POD, take the parcel but ask the courier to stay back to check the parcel in front of him and if any issue is found put the proper comment below your signature.  If customer fail to do so, any claim regarding missing or damaged item will not be entertained. Regarding Damaged Items in transit you have 24 hrs to inform us about the same and Regarding manufacturing defective item you have 7 Days to inform us about the same.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
Returns on used products will not be accepted.
Replacement of good/product or refund costs will not be made until the original good/product is received by us and your claim verified.
We aim to process refunds and replacements within 7 days of receipt by us of the original product/good.

6. Cancellation Policy

We allow order cancellation until the order is not shipped from our end. After the order has been shipped then we can’t cancel the order.
